At ONE PLUS, we do not limit ourselves geographically — we assist all clients who are legally present in Poland or the EU and require support with legalization, document preparation, business registration, or other legal services.

Our central office is located in the very heart of Wrocław, at ul. Piłsudskiego 43 — just a one-minute walk from the Arkady Capitol tram stop and approximately 10 minutes from the main railway station, PKP Wrocław Główny. This convenient location makes it easily accessible for both local residents and clients arriving from other regions of Poland.

However, our operations are not limited to Wrocław alone. We actively assist clients throughout the entire territory of Poland, working with voivodeship offices, municipal institutions, and specialized government agencies in various regions across the country.

In several key cities, we also have local representatives and dedicated personal managers who provide on-site support with application submissions, document processing, visits to government offices (urzędy), and attendance at personal interviews.

This depends entirely on the type of service you request and the goal you wish to achieve. If your aim is to legalize your stay in Poland, you will receive the relevant residence permit — either a temporary residence card (valid for up to 3 years) or a permanent residence card (issued without a time limit). In the case of applying for Polish citizenship, you will receive a certificate of Polish citizenship, which entitles you to apply for a Polish passport. If you are applying for EU long-term residency or the so-called Blue Card, you will be issued the appropriate residence document that grants broader rights to live and work in Poland as well as across the European Union. We also assist with obtaining a PESEL number, address registration (meldunek), residential registration, and full support with matters in ZUS or the tax office.

Beyond legalization, we provide a broad spectrum of legal and administrative services. These include sworn translations, notarial deeds, vehicle registration and re-registration, preparation of powers of attorney, court certificates, registry extracts, and assistance in obtaining archival or official legal documents. We also specialize in company registration and ongoing business support, securing tax numbers, setting up official business addresses, and delivering comprehensive relocation packages tailored to entrepreneurs, startups, and IT professionals. Each service is customized to align with the client’s individual situation and legal objectives.

It all depends on the type of service you request and the goal you intend to achieve. If the matter concerns the legalization of temporary or permanent residence, you will receive the corresponding residence card — either a temporary card (valid for up to 3 years) or a permanent residence card (issued for an indefinite period).

In the case of applying for citizenship, you will receive Polish citizenship, which entitles you to apply for a Polish passport.

If you are applying for EU long-term residence or the so-called “Blue Card,” you will receive the relevant document that grants extended rights to reside and work not only in Poland but also in other European Union countries.

We also assist in obtaining a PESEL number, address registration (meldunek), confirmation of place of residence, and provide full support when dealing with ZUS (Social Insurance Institution) or the tax office.
